In this collective creation course, we will develop an immersive theatre piece from scratch! As an ensemble, we will choose a format, setting, develop characters, story lines, etc… and put everything together in a unique experience that we will perform for an audience. No experience necessary!

*This course culminates in two Live Shows on Friday 27.06 and Saturday 28.06, outside, in a chosen location.
Immersive theatre can take many forms. A walk where the audience can look into houses... An escape room with real characters... A mystery where the audience can interrogate the players... Immersive theatre engages the audience directly, allowing them to explore the space and interact with actors, blurring the line between performer and spectator, between real life and the play.
In this collective creation course, we will develop an immersive theatre piece from scratch. As a team, we will choose a format, setting, develop characters, story lines, etc… and put everything together in a unique experience that we will perform for an audience. In this course, we will work on creative thinking, brainstorming, devising, game design, writing, acting, improvising and more. You will not only be an actor/improviser in the show, but also a creator and producer.
