About Us

Seam is a newly opened Japanese kappo-style restaurant in Zürich, combining refined cuisine, craftsmanship, and authentic hospitality in an intimate setting.


Responsibilities


Lead and supervise the service team and daily operations
Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Oversee reservations and guest relations
Support beverage selection, stock, and cost control
Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements


Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in fine dining
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Fluency in English required; German an advantage
Professional appearance, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus
